Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Rishab Infotech provides Tally software support, training, implementation, AMC, and data synchronization services. Specific terms for each service are agreed upon at the time of engagement.

Payment

Payment for services is due as agreed in your service contract or invoice. AMC fees are due annually at the start of the contract period.

Limitation of Liability

Rishab Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service agreement.

Certification & Refund Policy

Certification

Upon successful completion of a Tally Training programme, participants receive a certificate of completion from Rishab Infotech. Certificates are issued within 7 working days of course completion.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@rishabinfotech.com within 7 days of payment.

  • Training programmes: Full refund if cancelled before the first session. No refund after training begins.
  • AMC contracts: Pro-rata refund for unused months if cancelled with 30 days written notice.
  • Implementation services: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis based on work completed.
  • One-time support sessions: Non-refundable once the session has commenced.
